Why create an account WOOBAZ ?
The account links your assets to your identity and gives you access to your registrations, certificates, tokens and messages.

How to change my personal information?
From “My account”, open profile editing. In particular, check your email and contact details: they are used for security communications.
Asset registration
Which assets can I register?
WOOBAZ est conçu pour les biens matériels identifiables : appareils électroniques, équipements, objets de valeur, matériels professionnels et autres catégories proposées dans le formulaire.
How to choose the right category?
Choose the path that best describes your asset, down to a final category. The same category may appear under several sections to make classification easier.
What information should be prepared?
- un titre clair ;
- brand and model;
- serial number when it exists;
- year, color and category.
The serial number greatly improves asset identification.
The registration WOOBAZ remplace-t-elle un numéro officiel ?
No. It is an identifier WOOBAZ du bien. Elle ne remplace pas les identifiants réglementaires, numéros de série constructeur ou documents officiels applicables.
Managing an asset
Where can I find my assets?
In “My account”, open “My registrations”. Each row provides the certificate and the “Manage” button.
Can I complete an incomplete record for free?
Yes. Missing information can be completed for free from the asset “Manage” page.
Why do certain changes consume a token?
Changing information that has already been recorded consumes one token. The balance and cost are shown before confirmation.

The “Manage” page offers free reclassification when a more precise final child category has been added after your registration.
Tokens
What are tokens used for?
They are used in particular to create a registration and perform certain paid changes. A confirmation is always displayed before consumption.
How to view my balance and history?
Open the “Tokens” section of your account to view the balance, purchases and usage.
Un jeton peut-il être débité sans modification ?
Operations are recorded together: if the change fails, the debit must not be validated. In the event of an anomaly, contact support with the date and the asset concerned.
Certificate and verification
How to obtain an asset certificate?
From “My registrations”, click “Certificate”. You can display and save it for your records.
How to check a registration WOOBAZ ?
Saisissez l’immatriculation dans le champ de vérification de la page d’accueil. Respectez tous les caractères du code affiché sur le certificat.
What does the certificate prove?
It presents the information recorded in WOOBAZ about the asset and its registration. It does not replace an invoice, appraisal, official title of ownership or regulatory document.
Lost, stolen or found asset
How to report a lost or stolen asset?
Ouvrez « My registrations », cliquez sur « Gérer », choisissez « Perdu » ou « Volé » et ajoutez les circonstances utiles. Le signalement devient visible par les autorités habilitées.
How to declare that the asset has been found?
Sur la même page, utilisez « Déclarer retrouvé ». Le signalement actif est clôturé, mais son historique reste conservé.
Does this report replace filing a complaint?
No. In the event of theft, take the necessary steps with the competent services. The report WOOBAZ complements asset identification but does not replace an official procedure.
Authorized authorities
Who can view a reported asset?
Seules les autorités disposant d’une habilitation active peuvent accéder au portail institutionnel. Les demandes d’accès sont contrôlées par l’administration WOOBAZ.
Suis-je informé lorsqu’une autorité interroge mon immatriculation ?
Yes. When a consultation must be notified to you, a security message is created in your mailbox with the identity of the relevant authority.
Une autorité peut-elle ajouter une observation ?
It may add an observation to the case and report that an asset has been identified or located. This action may generate a notification in your mailbox.
Messaging and support
What is messaging used for?
It centralizes your requests, administration replies and certain security notifications related to authorities or reported assets.
How to contact the right service?
When creating a message, choose the corresponding topic. The conversation is assigned to the appropriate administrative service.
What information should be attached to a request?
Enter the registration or asset identifier, describe the issue precisely and attach only useful documents, without sending any password.

Why are certain actions logged?
Connections, consultations and sensitive operations may be recorded to ensure security, traceability and access control.
Where can I read information about personal data?
The privacy policy explains the information processed by WOOBAZ, their use and your rights.
WOOBAZ
